Wine school Belvin seminar entitled From Allegra to Dom Perignon . The seminar will be held on 5 12th 2006, between 18.00 and 21.15. The seminar will be taught by Robert Gorjak, WSET Diploma in Wines and Spirits.
The workshop is intended for sparkling wine lovers who want to expand your horizons and find the right champagne for himself and his company. It is intended for caterers, retailers and other professionals who want to improve their knowledge and experience to complement.

In the workshop from Allegra to Dom Perignon, the practical work will be undertaken through the following topics:
* How does technology affect the production of content in the bottle?
* How to recognize a good champagne?
* Which is the better champagne: gold or silver?
* Does the champagne can age?
* Are they really better than champagnes champagne?
* Is Dom Perignon as good as the notoriety?
The workshop will try to sparkling wines produced by different methods, champagne from different Slovenian wine regions and aged champagne, champagne and of course the Dom Perignon.
